Thank you, and your sponsors for this lovely idea! I’m not sure I would qualify. I’ll be loving and kind to my mom, my siblings, my kids, grandkids, and great-grandkid, but the person I’ll be “spoiling” is me. Just because there is no guy in my life, doesn’t mean I don’t deserve to be pampered and spoiled on Valentine Day. I will take the time to reflect on the beauty of the day- even if it turns out to be a beautiful stormy day, and I will take time to play with my yarn crafting. I will wear pretty earrings and smile at myself each time I look at a mirror or clock. As my grandmother taught me: I can’t control whether or not I get wrinkles; I can choose whether they are frown wrinkles or smile wrinkles. I choose smileys!

Wow I got so caught up in wishing everyone luck and thanking the sponsors I forgot to say what I would do. I knew exactly what I would do from the moment I stumbled upon the painted hinge and this giveaway. I would fill up my tank and drive a few hours to San Francisco to have dinner and a hotel with my best friend/wonderful boyfriend.
