Hey friends! I hope you had a great week!
I wanted to do one last project before I dove into fall decorating, so I made this ornate wall decor using a cabinet door. It was super easy to do and I only used white and antiquing waxes for the finish!
With Fall just around the corner, I’m giving summer one last hurrah by featuring summer decor this week. Although Fall officially starts on September 22nd, it always starts to feel like Fall to me when the farmers start harvesting the almond orchards in our area. The almonds ripened early this year so the harvest is already underway. Hearing the tree shakers working the almond trees in the distance always makes me think “Fall’s here!” even though temps are going to be in the 100’s this weekend.
Are you starting to decorate for fall, or is it too early yet?
This Week’s Features:
Celebrating Summer by Belle Bleu Interiors
Shannon created this gorgeous yellow and blue outdoor tablescape that’s perfect for celebrating summer!
Late Summer Garden Treasures by Follow The Yellow Brick Home
Amber proves that summer veggies and herbs are not just for eating by styling her bounty from her garden and the local farmer’s market into this stunning summer centerpiece.
How To Make A Pressed Herb Collage by Thistle Key Lane
Michelle put together these gorgeous herb collages to frame and display in her home. I love how she wrote both the common and scientific names for the herbs and used colorful washi tape to attach them to the stock paper.
Back To School Decor Ideas by Clover House
What decor represents this time of year than back to school? DeeDee mixed vintage items with back to school supplies for a vignette that’s both beautiful and useful.
Link Party Rules (you can skip over this part if you’re not linking up):
The party rules are super simple! Link up your favorite DIY projects, decor projects, and crafts that are farmhouse style.* If it doesn’t fit into that description, please don’t link it up. Please, no food/recipe posts.
* I use the term “farmhouse style” loosely and I consider any projects, decor or crafts that would work in a farmhouse or any type of country styled home to be farmhouse style. You do not have to live in a farmhouse or it be your predominant style in order to share your projects here.
I don’t require you to link back to this party, but if you do, I would sure appreciate it! I also don’t require you visit or comment on other blogger’s linkups, but it’s always a nice way to share the bloggy love! By linking up, you will get a chance to be featured here at next week’s party and across my social media. If you pin anything from the party, please pin it from the original source.
By linking up to this party, you agree to give me permission to share your posts and pictures via social media and as features, roundups, etc. with a link back to your post or a link back to this party on the week your post was featured.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

Your new wall decor looks great. Oh, I am so sad to see summer go. It is my favorite season of the year. So bummed Fall is just around the corner. I do not like the cooler weather and shorter days. I wish we lived in a summer mode all year long. Thanks for hosting. I shared a little project from my tiny vintage farmhouse. Fun to see so many great links here. Blessings.
