Hey guys! I hope you had a wonderful week!
My hubs and I have been down all week with the bug that’s going around. We think it’s a cold because we’re not running a fever, but this is the most severe I’ve ever had. I can usually power through it when I have a cold, but not this time!
Other than being sick, it’s been a nice week. The sun has been out and the blossoms on the almond trees in our orchard should start blooming any time now. What’s funny is that because almond blossoms kinda look like popcorn to me, I always imagine them popping out like popcorn kernels when they bloom. It doesn’t really happen that way of course, but could you imagine the noise if it did? It would be nature’s 4th of July! 😀

Yes, I will definitely share some pics when they’re in full bloom – they’re starting to pop out now so it won’t be long! Yes, this cold is a bugger to get rid of, but I’m over it now (finally!). Have a wonderful week!

I hope you’re feeling better soon, Michelle. I can’t wrap my brain around buds on trees in February. Here we’ll be under a blanket of snow until April or May. Having said that, I needed some Spring so I’m linking a couple of Spring related projects this week. Have a lovely Sunday and upcoming week!
