Hey there friend! I hope you had an awesome week!

This week my good friend and Farmhouse Friday co-host Cindy shared on her blog 5 informative and beautiful farmhouse blogs worth following. I bet you already follow some of them, but you’ll want to follow them all!

I decided I’m not going to write about my perimenopause issues on the blog anymore. I don’t think some people get how debilitating perimenopause can be and think I’m just writing about it to get attention and for people to feel sorry for me. To be honest I didn’t want to say anything about it here at all, but I felt like when I am unable to post on the blog I should share the reasons why, even when those reasons are uncomfortable ones.

I wouldn’t have even wrote this to let people know I’m not going to write about it anymore but I don’t want to take the chance of abandoning anyone who is going through the same thing right now. If this is you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you need help. I can provide you with a list of online resources I’ve found very helpful and I’m always willing to lend an ear if you just need to talk or vent.
