Pamela I’m so sorry to hear that you had problems with the vaccine. The vaccine can cause an inflammatory reaction in our bodies, so try some anti-inflammatory foods and supplements such as Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Garlic, Cayenne,
Black pepper, Clove and you can Google for more! I hope this helps!

Thanks for sharing the symptoms that your hairdresser and your son’s friend had after the vaccine. I had the same problems with chest pain in the morning, but I had it along with severe anxiety so I’m not sure it was part of that. I recently found out that we have a large nerve that runs down the front of our chest and solar plexus called the vagus nerve which the vaccine can inflame causing check pain and/or anxiety. I found that putting an ice pack on my chest for at least 15 minutes soothes the inflammation and helps greatly with the pain and anxiety. It’s also important to note that the Covid vaccine can cause myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis, an inflammation of the heart lining, in younger people. If your hairdresser and son’s friend are younger, it would be a good idea for them to be checked out by their doctor just to be on the safe side.
