Hey friends! I haven’t shared a crochet pattern with you guys in like forever so I think it’s about time I did!

I got the idea to make these because I love using wicker hanging baskets filled with floral sprigs in my farmhouse style decor. These are perfect on my corner hutch in our front room.

This is a super easy pattern to make that works up quickly. If you know how to make the basic stitches and read a simple stitch chart, you can work this up in no time flat!

Hey Friends! 🙂 I really love the messy bun hat trend as I love to wear them! I always loved the warmth of a crocheted hat, but hated how there would be a big lump under the hat where my hair bun was.

As you can guess by the title of this post, I’ve already made a messy bun hat pattern which you can find here. but I love Lion Brand Homespun yarn as it is so warm and soft, so I had to make another messy bun hat pattern using it!

The messy bun hat has been all the rage lately, so I thought I’d throw my hat into the ring 🙂 with my version of the messy bun hat crochet pattern!

This pattern is really easy to work up as the most complicated stitch is DC2TOG (crochet 2 double crochet stitches together). There are several ways to do the DC2TOG, and several tutorials online that will show you how. 

This pattern is meant to be a one size fits most for women.

Hey everyone!

It’s been a busy and eventful year! Some of it good, some of it not so much.

One of the not-so-good things that happened this year is that I lost my father in January. He had been struggling with failing heath over his last couple of years, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected, but it was still very painful for my mom and me. His passing was bittersweet, because although we would still love to have him here with us, he was very unhappy for his last couple of years due to his failing health, so at least now he is no longer suffering and in a better place.
