Here’s a quick-and-easy pattern for a knitted afghan in shades of grey!

Grey is the new brown, you know.

This pattern is a nice lap throw size; approximately 3 1/2  x 4 1/2 feet. I say “approximately” because this afghan is very “stretchy” because of the loose stitch and the way the stitches are put together.

This is a perfect pattern for a beginner who wants to work up something awesome using the two basic knitting stitches (knit and purl).

Hey all! 🙂 I’ve always wanted to create a Valentine’s Day themed scarf, but never got the inspiration beyond just thinking about it until now. Of course this scarf will look great any time of year- just change up the yarn colors according to the season! 🙂

This infinity scarf measures 54″ around and about 9″ wide. It uses boulce and 4-ply worsted weight yarn, alternating colors throughout that gives it an almost ombre effect.

This mat is so soft and comfy on the feet; it’s hard to believe it’s a bath mat! And since it’s made using absorbent cotton yarn, it’s perfect for the bathroom, but that doesn’t mean it’s only for the bathroom… modify the colors and it will work anywhere in the house where you can use a soft, absorbent mat or rug- a couple of ideas are the entryway or by the sink in the kitchen.
