Hey guys! 🙂

I hope you had a good week considering what’s going on in the world these days. I intended on writing about the happenings in my area as a result, but then decided against it. There is more than enough going around online about all of this and I don’t want to add to the stress and anxiety people are already experiencing. For now I will say my family and I are staying well and hanging in there, and I hope your family and friends are too.

This week I gave our fireplace mantel in our master bedroom a little freshening up for spring. I love our master bedroom, but it’s been somewhat of a burr in my side decor-wise. I had a heck of a time deciding on a paint color for the walls. I went through two different shades of green before repainting a couple of weeks ago using 50% Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams. Hopefully third time is the charm because I’m sick of painting these walls! If we ever move to a new home or repaint inside this one, I swear I am going to paint all the walls white and call it a day! Anyway, now that I finally settled on a wall color, I’m working on decorating the rest of the bedroom and have it up on the blog hopefully sooner than later.

Spring Decorating with Vintage Crocks by Follow The Yellow Brick Home
